What is my User ID?

Your userID is your email address, enter your email and password. If you forgot your password you can click the Forgot Password link on the front page


How Long do you store the Archives?

We keep archives for 60 days. If you would like a copy of any clip please send and email to support@rinkview.com and ask for a DVD to be burned. Rates vary depending on length.


Video is not streaming?

Not all companys allow video to be streamed into a corporate network. If the rink is down we normally will post a message. If you are getting the RinkView message please check back later as we are working with the local rink to resolve the issue.


Why are you Blocking the stream?

The service is intended for youth and adult hockey programs that play at these rinks on a regular basis. On occasion these rinks will host events that are not related to their normal hockey programs and ask RInkview to block our cameras as they have another production company providing event services (i.e Fasthockey). Also private companies renting the ice providing "advanced lessons or skills" would like to keep their trade secrets private and ask for the rink to be blocked. If you child is in one of those sessions feel free to speak with owner/instructor to see if they will lift the video blocking.
